Trevaro began with three friends, three different journeys, and one shared table.

Raised in different countries and shaped by different experiences, each of us brought something unique to the table. The first spark came from one of us who had lived in Georgia and knew how to make traditional Georgian khinkali. What began with his khinkali soon became a shared idea — and eventually, Trevaro.

We started with khinkali, but our vision was always bigger: to bring together flavors and traditions from the different kitchens that have shaped our lives.
